Investment Criteria

We partner with management teams that demonstrate significant go-forward commitment to their business and seek to execute an accelerated growth strategy alongside them. We focus on:

  • Family or founder-owned businesses
  • Companies with EBITDA of $1.5 million to $8.0 million
  • Equity investments of $2.5 to $17.5 million directly from our fund and the ability to invest up to $50 million of equity in any transaction (inclusive of co-investment capital from fund investors)
